Jardiland
Jardiland, an international gardening retailer uses RunMyProcess to automate the collection of sales data from channel sales partners, streamline the calculation of back-end margins and manage the hiring and contract creation process for short term workers for the 300 retail chains in the group. Implementation used Google Apps (sites, worksheets, gmail) for declaration forms, approval screens and reporting tools. Errors in financial reporting were reduced by 50% and significant time savings were experienced with the new system.

Euro Master
Euro Master, an international automotive retailer migrated to Google Apps and Gmail and redeployed legacy Lotus Notes Apps for managing vacation leave requests and activity reporting in RunMyProcess. The activity reporting tool (using a Google Spreadsheet) is used by each employee to declare the time they have worked globally and the time spent on each individual project. The monthly activity reports spreadsheet displays bank holidays, part-time, weekend and vacation days as well as a list of projects the collaborators can work on.
