Sean is an expert in organizational development whose multi-discipline experience crosses industry borders. He began his consulting career working with start-ups, he has worked with firms large and small looking to expand output or core competencies, define and reach new markets, or increase market share in the entertainment, hospitality, facilities management and IT industries. His responsibilities include overseeing HR, Finance, Marketing and Legal departments.

Tony Evans, Managing Director Australia and New Zealand
As Regional Director for Australia and New Zealand, Tony is responsible for all business development and project delivery within the region. Tony has over 20 years experience in software development, digital strategy and large scale IT programs, with a strong focus in the telecommunications and digital media arenas. Recognised as an expert in the commercial aspects of cloud computing and complex IT initiatives, Tony has participated in some of the most innovative and significant opportunities in the Asia Pacific region.

Takashi is leading the operation of White Stratus Japan as MD. Since he commenced his professional career at Andersen Consulting (current Accenture), Takashi has successfully led numerous mission critical consulting projects, namely for strategic business planning, business process re-engineering and Enterprise Architecture optimisation for global enterprise in manufacturing, high-tech, IT, finance and insurance industries in USA, Japan and Australia for nearly 2 decades.
